Job summary

Duffel is hiring a Product Manager for Flights in London. You will shape the roadmap across search, booking and ancillaries, and collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver developer-friendly experiences.

You will drive data-informed decisions, work with airline partners, and translate complex systems into reliable, user-centric product features. This hybrid role is based in Shoreditch, London.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience shipping technical products end‑to‑end.
• Domain expertise in airline systems and comfort working with APIs and data models.
• Data-driven mindset with evidence-based prioritisation.
• Strong cross-functional project management and communication skills.
• Collaborative, hands-on mindset open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the core Flights roadmap, from search to ancillaries.
• Partner with engineering to break down roadmap items and manage sprint delivery.
• Conduct continuous discovery with customers and developers to prioritise requirements.
• Analyze data, debug API integrations, and define clear success metrics.
• Collaborate with airlines and suppliers to unify legacy systems into consistent experiences.
