Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Payment Analyst based in the United Kingdom to join a new Payment Operations team. You will analyze payment funnel health across multiple PSPs, identify bottlenecks, and translate complex data into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, Data Science and Fraud teams.

You will build diagnostic processes, dashboards, alerts and reporting from the ground up in a fast-moving, international environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on understanding of payment funnels and related operations (incl. 3DS, FX, tokenization).
• Experience performing root-cause analysis on funnel drop-offs or declines.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, investigative mindset to independently identify and explore issues.
• Strong English communication skills; comfortable in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Take diagnostic ownership of checkout and payment funnel health.
• Lead root-cause investigations into funnel drop-offs and declines.
• Analyze authorization rates, decline codes, payment performance, and funnel metrics.
• Investigate performance across multiple payment service providers.
• Support funnel reporting for cross-functional stakeholders with clear insights and recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Fraud teams to investigate issues.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders without payments expertise.
• Build dashboards, alerts, and reporting to increase visibility into funnel performance.
• Develop best practices for payment funnel health.
