Seccl Technology Limited in Edinburgh is seeking an Operations Analyst to join the Payments team. You will support day-to-day operations, deliver regular reporting, and work closely with product, engineering and customer-facing teams to maintain high service standards during growth.

You will investigate cash processes, own end-to-end workflow improvements and help train new team members in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in a similar operations analyst role within financial services.
• Understanding of investment platforms and the CASS environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and delivery focus to support growth.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting your Operations delivery lead with regular business reporting.
• Answering queries quickly to support the wider business.
• Investigating cash processes and ensuring issues meet SLAs.
• Reviewing workflows and suggesting process improvements.
• Collaborating with customer, product and engineering teams to scale operations.
• Assisting with training for new team members.
• Providing support to other Operations areas as needed.
