Job summary

Kroll Agency and Trustee Services Limited in London is seeking a Payments Analyst to support agency and trustee operations. You will check and release borrower payment files, monitor payments through approval stages, and ensure timely settlement across currencies in Connexis.

The role requires meticulous attention to cut-off times, strong numeracy, and excellent communication to liaise with relationship management and other teams. Training duties and ad-hoc tasks are also included.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a payments role / financial services environment within an operational team.
• Conscientious, detail-oriented and accurate with strong time management to meet cut-off times.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills and risk awareness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Check payment files for borrower payments in Connexis for release of funds.
• Check and release payment files for interest, fees, and principal to lenders.
• Manage ad-hoc/unscheduled payments and liaise with the relationship management team.
• Monitor payments through approval and release stages and ensure cut-off times across currencies.
• Provide training to new joiners and refreshers to the Ops Team.
• Perform callbacks on first-time payments with professionalism and client focus.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks and duties as required.
