Qualifications

• Experience in payment operations, data analytics or fraud risk management.
• Solid understanding of payment lifecycle: gateways, acquiring, card schemes, chargebacks, settlements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor payment performance and risk metrics across channels.
• Investigate anomalies and fraud indicators to protect funds.
• Prepare regular payment operations reports and data insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to improve payment flows.
• Map end-to-end payment journeys from initiation to settlement and identify friction.
• Support cost-efficiency initiatives through data-driven insights.
• Maintain KPI dashboards tracking transaction volumes, success rates, and channel costs.
• Support cross-border payment initiatives and new payment method onboarding.
