Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in payment operations, data analytics, fraud risk management, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Fund Security: maintain and improve risk control mechanisms to safeguard funds and support scalable growth.
• Monitor Channel Performance: audit daily metrics across payment channels to flag anomalies.
• Deliver Operational Insights: prepare payment reports and analyze transaction data trends.
• Map User Journeys: review end-to-end journey from initiation to settlement with Payments Tech teams.
• Support Process Improvements: provide data insights to design and implement payment flow enhancements.
• Mitigate Fraud & Abuse: spot abnormal transaction behaviours and assist in refining detection rules.
• Maintain KPI Frameworks: track core payment KPI dashboard covering volumes, success rates, costs and risk.
• Support Strategic Initiatives: assist on new payment methods onboarding and cross-border setups.
