Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking two Data Analysts to join a London-based project on a 12-month contract (Inside IR35) with hybrid working 2-3 days per week. You will focus on customer analytics, performance reporting, and dashboard automation within the Payments/FinTech sector.

Ideal candidates will have strong SQL, hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau, and a good grasp of customer segmentation and analytics.

Qualifications

Experience as a Data Analyst within Payments, Banking, FinTech, Cards or Financial Services.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
Knowledge of customer segmentation, reporting and analytics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable: Python, R, SAS or other analytics tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct backbook segmentation and customer analytics.
Support propensity modelling and predictive analytics activities.
Deliver performance reporting and business insights.
Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and MI reporting.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and quality across all reporting outputs.
