A technology solutions provider seeks an Analytics Lead in London who will analyze payment data and resolve technical issues during checkout. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payments analytics, strong SQL skills, and effective communication abilities. This hybrid role involves engaging with stakeholders and providing actionable insights to improve performance in a 12-month contract setting.
Hybrid - Remote / London Hammersmith. The International Client Services – Technical Quality of Acceptance Team is responsible for understanding and fixing technical problems raised during payment checkout at POS terminals and ecommerce websites. The Analytics Lead is accountable for working with internal clients and providing data and analysis support to support remediation of technical acceptance issues by implementing strategies and reporting to translate raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has strong logical reasoning skills and extended experience in payments analytics. The ability to communicate effectively to different stakeholder groups is essential.
In summary the role is analysing card breakages by examining sets of data and troubleshooting resolving issues to find out what the problems are, why they are occurring and essentially helping fix them)
