You'll be working for a global Investment Bank

We’re looking for a Payments Technical Support Analyst to join a high-performing IT team supporting a major investment bank’s payments platform. You’ll act as the technical bridge between QA, Development, and Infrastructure — ensuring smooth operations in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting non-production/test environments for core payment systems
2. Managing deployments, environment readiness, and technical troubleshooting
3. Collaborating with vendors and internal teams on SWIFT, SEPA, and TARGET2
4. Participating in project meetings and supporting delivery from a technical support perspective
5. Maintaining documentation and tracking issues using JIRA & Confluence

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of SWIFT messaging (ISO20022) and payment flows
2. Experience supporting payments platforms within banking or financial services
3. Familiarity with tools like IBM MQ/WebSphere, Oracle DB, UrbanCode, eG
4. A calm, organized approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
5. Experience supporting compliance workflows (fraud, sanctions, AML) is a plus
