Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Pay and Transactional Team Leader to oversee day-to-day payroll and employee data administration. You will lead a small team, ensure accurate pay processing, respond to escalations on Agenda for Change and ESR queries, and work with managers to drive service improvements.

Reporting to the Pay and Transactional Manager, you will lead a small team, provide expert advice on NHS terms and conditions, and contribute to service improvements across the People Directorate. The successful candidate will work closely with managers and colleagues across the Trust, supporting the delivery of efficient, customer-focused services while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism.Main duties of the job
