Job summary

Tate Britain is seeking an Engagement and Events Officer (Patrons) to join our Development team. You will help plan and deliver a programme of events and experiences that connect Tate’s supporters with our collection, exhibitions, artists and curators.

Working with the Patrons Events Manager, you’ll coordinate multiple projects, stay organised under pressure and maintain strong relationships with individuals and organisations. CRM experience and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience handling multiple projects; ability to work under pressure; excellent written and verbal communication; good grasp of CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of an inspiring programme of events and experiences for Tate Patrons.
• Coordinate with Patrons Events Manager and wider team to deliver events and grow relationships with individuals and organisations.
• Maintain organisational systems and ensure smooth-running projects.
