Job summary

Doyle Security Ltd is seeking a Patrol and Response Officer for weekend days, based from our Head Office and covering client sites across the region.

You will conduct regular mobile patrols, respond to alarms via the SOC, manage lock/unlock routines, drive company vehicles and complete incident reports.

The role offers a pay rate of £13.50 per hour after training, 12-hour shifts on weekends and bank holidays, with full training, progression opportunities and a company pension.

Qualifications

• SIA Frontline Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Punctual, reliable, flexible and well-presented
• Previous mobile patrol experience desirable but training provided
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular mobile patrols to maintain site security and deter threats
• Respond promptly to alarm activations and incidents via the SOC
• Carry out lock/unlock procedures across client premises
• Drive and maintain company vehicles to a high standard
• Complete accurate reports and incident logs for security-related activities
• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors in a professional manner
• Conduct welfare checks on static security officers
• Support ongoing Purple Flag initiatives in relevant areas

Due to continued expansion and to support one of our core contracts, Doyle Security Ltd is looking for a professional and motivated Patrol and Response Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular mobile patrols to maintain site security and deter potential threats.
• Respond promptly to alarm activations and incidents as directed by the Security Operations Centre (SOC).
• Carry out lock and unlock procedures across multiple client premises.
• Drive safely and maintain company vehicles to a high standard.
• Complete accurate reports and incident logs for all security-related activities.
• Provide customer service support to clients, staff, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Conduct welfare checks on static security officers.
• Support ongoing Purple Flag initiatives in relevant areas.

Requirements

• A valid SIA Frontline Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor).
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (required)
• Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Previous mobile patrol experience is desirable but full training will be provided.
• Must be punctual, reliable, flexible, and well-presented.
• Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
• Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)

Hours of Work

• 12-hour shifts.
• Weekend Days including Bank Holidays
