Job summary

Mobile Patrol Officer position in Guildford, Surrey. You will patrol and protect private premises, respond to alarm activations, and manage lock/unlock duties using a company vehicle.

The role requires SG or DS licensed SIA security personnel and a full UK driving license. The successful candidate will work week night shifts from 17:00 to 01:00, with approximately 40 hours per week plus overtime and occasional travel to London.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving license is mandatory.
• SIA Security Guarding (SG or DS) licence required.
• Reside in Surrey or near Guildford.
• GPS devices and mobile phones familiarity helpful.
• Basic MS Outlook/Word/Excel knowledge advantageous.
• Willing to work alone and flexible hours.
• Occasional travel to London in company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Patrol private commercial and residential premises and roads.
• Undertake property inspections as requested.
• Lock and unlock premises as needed.
• Set and disarm alarms and respond to activations.
• Coordinate with security teams and control room.

Mobile Patrol Officer

Location: Guildford, Surrey.

Positions: 1

Rate: £ 13/hr (£27110 per annum plus over time) - Week nights from 17:00 to 01:00 Monday to Friday, offering 40hrs per week with plenty of overtime. This position is flexible and the successful candidate needs to be prepared to adapt with the roll.

We are looking to recruit a Mobile Patrol Officer to service our Mobile Patrol, Alarm Response and Keyholding portfolio in and around Guildford and the county of Surrey. The position involves using a company vehicle to conduct lock-up, mobile patrols as well as responding to intruder alarms on occasion.

Applicants should meet the following criteria

• Full UK Driving license
• SIA licensed, either SG or DS
• Currently residing in Surrey or near Guildford
• Comfortable working with GPS devices and mobile phones
• Able to work with computers and some knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel would be beneficial
• Willing to work alone
• Able to drive at day/night and be willing to sometimes travel into London using a Company vehicle.
• Happy to work additional hours where necessary, including on the opposite shift e.g. days to nights or nights to days
