Job summary

Doyle Security Ltd is seeking a professional Patrol and Response Officer to join our expanding team. Based from our Head Office, you will cover client sites across the region, delivering reliable security with professionalism and strong customer service.

The role requires an SIA Frontline Licence, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to provide a 5‑year checkable history. You will perform patrols, respond to alarms, complete incident logs, and contribute to ongoing safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• SIA Frontline Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor)
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to provide a full 5‑year checkable history
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Previous mobile patrol experience desirable but training provided
• Must be punctual, reliable, flexible and well-presented
• First Aid Certificate

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular mobile patrols to maintain site security.
• Respond to alarm activations and incidents as directed by SOC.
• Carry out lock and unlock procedures across client premises.
• Drive company vehicles and maintain them to a high standard.
• Complete accurate incident logs and reports.
• Provide professional customer service to clients, staff and visitors.
• Conduct welfare checks on static security officers.
• Support Purple Flag initiatives in relevant areas.

This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

We’re seeking an individual who can handle a demanding role with composure, professionalism, and strong work ethics. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, their property, and their staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular mobile patrols to maintain site security and deter potential threats.
• Respond promptly to alarm activations and incidents as directed by the Security Operations Centre (SOC).
• Carry out lock and unlock procedures across multiple client premises.
• Drive safely and maintain company vehicles to a high standard.
• Complete accurate reports and incident logs for all security-related activities.
• Provide customer service support to clients, staff, and visitors in a professional manner.
• Conduct welfare checks on static security officers.
• Support ongoing Purple Flag initiatives in relevant areas.

Requirements

• A valid SIA Frontline Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor).
• A full UK driving licence (held for 12 months or more).
• Ability to provide a full 5‑year checkable employment/education history, including addresses and landline references.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Previous mobile patrol experience is desirable but full training will be provided.
• Must be punctual, reliable, flexible, and well‑presented.
• First Aid Certificate.

Hours of Work

• 12‑hour shifts.
• 4 on 4 off.
