Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced administrative roles.
• Experience in patient or customer-facing environments.
• Healthcare environment experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients professionally from arrival to departure.
• Handling telephone and direct enquiries promptly.
• Booking clinically validated appointments on the internal system.
• Ensuring payments are invoiced promptly and taken on the day.
• Tracking and distributing imaging data and reports.
• Complying with ISO standards and data protection.
