Job summary

B. Braun Medical Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager in Robotics & Surgical Visualisation to support the growth of the Aesculap portfolio in the UK.

You will deliver product expertise, drive portfolio expansion and help healthcare professionals realise clinical, operational, and economic benefits of our solutions. The role is 40 hours per week, hybrid model, with expectation to attend our Sheffield head office about once a week and some nationwide travel for trials and activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in product management or capital sales.
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Understanding of the UK healthcare market and NHS purchasing processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • A full UK drivers licence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding of product portfolio, clinical applications, market positioning and competition.
  • Support product launches, lifecycle management and portfolio optimisation.
  • Provide training and support to customer-facing teams to enhance product knowledge and value-based selling.

Your Role

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Product Manager in Robotics & Surgical Visualisation to support the growth and development of our innovative Aesculap portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team and play a key role in shaping the future of robotic surgery and advanced surgical visualisation technologies across the UK.

You'll be responsible for delivering product expertise, supporting portfolio growth, identifying new opportunities, and helping healthcare professionals realise the clinical, operational, and economic benefits of our innovative solutions.

Key Details

Working hours : 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Working Model : Field-based

Location : The successful candidate will be expected to attend our headquarters in Sheffield on average once per week. Therefore, the ideal candidate should live within approximately two hours of Sheffield. There will also be occasional national travel to support product trials and other business activities as required. Our head office is located at Thorncliffe Park, Sheffield, S35 2PW, just off Junction 35A of the M1, with free on-site parking available.

Your main responsibilities
  • Developing a strong understanding of the product portfolio, including clinical applications, market positioning, and competitor activity.
  • Supporting product launches, lifecycle management activities, and portfolio optimisation initiatives.
  • Providing training and support to customer-facing teams to enhance product knowledge and value-based selling capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare customers and key stakeholders across the business to support growth and deliver results.
  • Lead and support key commercial activities, including conferences, exhibitions, and customer events.
What you need to succeed
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in product management or capital sales experience.
  • Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the UK healthcare market, NHS purchasing processes, and surgical environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Commercially minded and customer-focused, able to identify opportunities and drive action.
  • A full UK drivers licence
