Job summary

The Hampshire Clinic, part of Circle Health Group, is hiring a Patient Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a flexible shift pattern and a salary up to £24,953.24 per year, depending on experience. The post supports the administration team across patient journeys and clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSE at grades A–C or equivalent.
• Proficient in using a PC and common software/systems.
• Basic financial awareness helpful.
• Previous administration experience in private healthcare advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
• Follow Circle Health Group best practice process maps to provide efficient, professional service.
• Handle patient queries promptly and professionally.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
• Approve electronic bookings and update bookings received by email.
• Maintain Health and Safety knowledge and ensure safe practices for patients and staff.
• Complete all mandatory training required.
