The Opportunity
A
Patient Services Administrator has the primary role of providing exemplary customer service to the patients, clinicians and other departments of our
Brisbane Southside facility.
This role will have you interacting with patients to give them a quality experience by providing exemplary service, answering their questions and diffusing frustrating and difficult situations whilst they are on their
IVF journey.
About You
We are looking for someone who is patient-focused, compassionate, supportive, and a team promoter. Ideally, you will bring the following to the role:
- Demonstrated 1 – 2 years Medical Reception or similar customer services experience
- Must have experience in the Health Industry
- Understanding of Medicare / Private Health Billing, preferred but not essential
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office
- Genie Software or equivalent practice management software
Other Skills / Competencies
- Cost quoting, Medicare Billing / Private Health Billing
- Booking internal and external appointments within the clinic and Day Hospital
- Answering customer's questions on various complex matters related to the IVF journey, and day to day enquiries.
- Providing an understanding of all IVF services provided by City Fertility
