• Skilled in coordinating investigations and sharing lessons learned

Responsibilities

• Produce risk reports to support divisional meetings and risk reporting
• Ensure structures for assessment, analysis, prioritisation and control of clinical risks
• Oversee risk register maintenance and timely responses to alerts
• Lead investigations into serious incidents and ensure adherence to PSIRF frameworks
