Job summary

The role provides clinical leadership for patient safety, incident management, investigation oversight and system learning.

You will review safety data, identify risks, support PSIRF, and partner with providers and clinicians to deliver reductions in harm and better outcomes through governance and learning.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with clinical expertise.
• Experience in incident reviews and PSIRF framework.
• Ability to analyze safety data and identify trends.
• Collaborative approach with providers, clinicians and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient safety, incident management and learning across Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country.
• Provide clinical expertise in incident reviews and PSIRF.
• Analyse safety intelligence to identify risks, themes and improvement opportunities.
• Support governance, provider partnerships and service improvement.
