Job summary

St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth, Turnchapel, Plymouth, is seeking a Patient Safety Facilitator to join our Quality Team on a permanent, 30-hour per week basis. The role focuses on governance, incident management and evaluating quality across services.

You will support the Associate Director of Quality & Patient Experience, manage governance reports and data synthesis, and act as a key contact for feedback and complaints, helping to uphold high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in clinical governance and/or quality, safety or service improvement in a health and social care setting.
• Strong administrative skills and solid understanding of essential IT systems.
• Ability to prioritise a diverse workload.

St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth is an independent charity focusing on specialist care for people with progressive life-limiting illnesses. We are seeking a Patient Safety Facilitator to join our Quality Team at our Hospice in Turnchapel, Plymouth on a permanent, 30‑hour per week basis.
