Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust in Bath seeks a highly organised Patient Pathway Manager to ensure a smooth, efficient service from referral to follow-up. You’ll work with the Support Manager and wider stakeholders to help meet performance, quality and financial targets while upholding patient-centred care.
The role focuses on coordinating the patient pathway, leading administrative staff, and providing a comprehensive secretarial service within a supportive NHS environment.
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Paediatric team as a Patient Pathway Manager. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient service and a high‑quality patient experience from referral through to treatment and follow‑up care. Working closely with the Support Manager, triumvirate and wider stakeholders, you will help the service meet key performance, quality and financial targets in line with Directorate plans.
