Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Assistant Patient Pathway Co-ordinator to join the Orthopaedic Admin department. The role focuses on coordinating the patient pathway from referral to discharge, supporting the PPC and admin managers, and ensuring timely, quality service for patients and staff.

Applicants should be team players with excellent organisational and communication skills, able to work under pressure and to deadlines, aligning with SOPs and trust standards.

Competenze

• NHS experience preferred.
• Maths and English GCSE, Grade A-C or equivalent.
• Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required as part of the recruitment process.

Mansioni

• The post holder will be the point of contact for all administrative issues relating to patients' pathway of care.
• The post holder will support the Patient Pathway Co-ordinator (PPC) in the proactive management of the patient pathway from referral to discharge.
• Ensure high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being accessible, customer-focused and knowledgeable.
