The post is split between the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading, and Townlands Hospital, Henley-on-Thames, with a 08:00–18:00, Monday–Friday pattern and a focus on efficient, courteous service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Clinical Team and CAT in the delivery of a patient-focused service.
• Handle general admin duties, answer calls from patients, healthcare providers and internal staff, schedule appointments, and process clinic letters.
