Job description
Position Overview

We are seeking to appoint to the post of Pathway Coordinator within the Integrated Medicine at Central Middlesex Hospital. The postholder will be working within the Jeffery Kelson Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self‑motivated individual to join the team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Clinical Teams.
  • Ensure that every patient pathway is tracked and diagnosed and treated as quickly as possible, achieving relevant RTT standards.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date record of patient tracking and escalations on the Trust database.
  • Support the Service Management team to deliver all administrative processes, including data and evidence collection for relevant national audits.
