Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate PTL meetings for specific specialties and provide cover during leave periods.
  • Track designated patients throughout their 18-week pathway, escalating concerns promptly.
  • Assist the project manager in the review process.
  • Coordinate national and local audits for specific specialties by collating and analyzing data.
General Responsibilities
  • Enhance service improvement capabilities across MDTs.
  • Facilitate service improvement initiatives with MDTs to improve patient care experience and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with MDTs to develop patient-centered care pathways.
  • Ensure efficient department operations as part of the team.
  • Maintain effective communication, including sensitive or challenging interactions.
  • Communicate with patients and GPs as required within patient pathways.
  • Monitor and improve administrative and clerical responsibilities to high standards.
  • Identify process issues and suggest pathway improvements.
