An exciting development opportunity has arisen in the Patient Pathway Team.
This team is responsible for providing a patient-focused support service.
This is achieved by ensuring that the most current information on a patient is updated on all appropriate administration systems to provide a high-quality, efficient, and effective patient-based information system.
Good organizational and communication skills, as well as IT skills, are essential for this post. You will be required to have a flexible approach according to the needs of the service. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and a non-judgmental approach. A sound understanding of confidentiality is essential.
This post is fixed term for 12 months due to funding.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
