Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
- Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
- Act as a key holder of the club, covering shifts as needed.
- Maintain a good understanding of the membership software system.
- Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these activities.
- Assist the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
- Experience the products and services offered.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facilities, actively participating in the upkeep of the club with team support.
- Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
- Handle member complaints competently and inform the relevant manager.
Qualifications
Must be:
- Outgoing, with a positive mindset
- Competent in administrative duties
- Driven and ambitious, eager to learn and develop specific behaviors and competencies
- Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities
- Able to undertake operational key holder duties as required
- Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service
- Flexible to work shifts and support team members as needed
- Target-focused, supporting sales and retention efforts
