Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
• Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
• Act as a key holder of the club, covering shifts as needed.
• Maintain a good understanding of the membership software system.
• Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these activities.
• Assist the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
• Experience the products and services offered.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facilities, actively participating in the upkeep of the club with team support.
• Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
• Handle member complaints competently and inform the relevant manager.

Qualifications

Must be:

• Outgoing, with a positive mindset
• Competent in administrative duties
• Driven and ambitious, eager to learn and develop specific behaviors and competencies
• Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities
• Able to undertake operational key holder duties as required
• Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service
• Flexible to work shifts and support team members as needed
• Target-focused, supporting sales and retention efforts
