Responsibilities

• Serve meals and drinks to patients and take meal orders.
• Monitor and record patients' nutritional intake and report concerns.
• Prepare and regenerate meals, sauces and beverages; plate and serve hot and cold items.
• Record food and equipment temperatures.
• Support the catering team to ensure high standards of service.
