Job summary

The Cadogan Clinic in London is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our fast-paced, luxury private hospital. You will support patients, clinicians, and staff across outpatient consulting and clinical rooms, assisting with injections, minor procedures, mole mapping, and chaperoning appointments.

You’ll help ensure a smooth, safe patient journey and contribute to regulatory compliance in a patient-centred environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ in Care Level 3/4 or equivalent.
• Care Certificate (or working towards).
• Previous experience in an outpatient or hospital setting.
• Awareness of GDPR and patient confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with injections, minor procedures, mole mapping and chaperoning appointments.
• Support senior managers with operational processes and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to delivering a streamlined patient journey and a welcoming clinic experience.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and high standards of care throughout shifts.

Healthcare Assistant
Location: Cadogan Clinic, Sloane Street, Chelsea, London
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £28,000 per year
Shifts: Variable shifts, Monday to Sunday (early shifts from 7am, late shifts until 8:30pm)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivatedHealthcare Assistant to join our established, friendly team. Working across our outpatient consulting and clinical rooms, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients, consultants, and colleagues to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient care.

In this role, you’ll assist with injectables, minor ops, mole mapping and chaperoning appointments, while also supporting senior managers with operational processes and contributing to regulatory compliance. You’ll be central to delivering a streamlined patient journey and a welcoming, professional clinic experience.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a flexible approach — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
