The Cadogan Clinic in Chelsea is seeking a Patient Liaison Manager to warmly welcome patients and support them through their journey with our consultants and care teams.

You will build trusted relationships, enhance the patient experience, and ensure patients feel informed and confident from consultation through treatment, while handling front-line liaison with a focus on premium patient care.

• Deliver a premium, personalised experience at every stage of the patient journey.

Contract:Full-time

Salary:Competitive salary plus performance bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

As our Clinic continues to grow, we are looking for a Patient Liaison Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences and building trusted relationships with both patients and consultants.

The Role

As a Patient Liaison Manager,you'llbe the welcoming face of the Clinic, supporting patients throughout their journey while working closely with our consultants, nursingteamand Patient Advisors.

You'll build trusted relationships, enhance the patient experience and help patients feel informed and confident throughout their consultations and treatment journey.
