A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding Full Time Patient Coordinator to provide support to our 8-surgery, award-winning, multi-disciplinaryhigh-end practice in the heart of Harley Street district, E11even Dental .

Our practice is well established with excellent processes and procedures already in place. We have a very experienced clinical and non-clinical team with a passion for providing high-quality dental care.

This is a Full Time position, working hours per week, Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and enthusiastically both in person and over the telephone, creating a first impression of hospitality and relaxation.
• Ensure service delivery with care and confidence in a well-coordinated and professional manner.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and handle any conflicts calmly.
• Manage a varied workload with excellent organisation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
