About the Role

We are looking for a Patient Coordinator with a background in women’s health, fertility, or reproductive medicine to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for many of our patients, guiding them with warmth and expertise through their health journey.

This role is both medical and relational: you’ll have daily calls with patients, understand their medical history and current goals (e.g. egg freezing, hormone testing, gynecology), help interpret test results, and triage them to the right next step, whether that’s a specialist, a diagnostic test, or a tailored care plan.

You will be instrumental in helping patients feel heard, empowered, and supported, while also contributing to a seamless clinical pathway that turns confusion into clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily 1:1 calls with patients , gathering medical and reproductive history and identifying their goals (egg freezing, testing, fertility concerns, gynecological issues, etc.).
• Confidently guide patients toward action : explain their options clearly and convert them into appropriate services like hormone testing, consultations, or treatment plans.
• Deliver follow-up calls to discuss test results (especially hormone panels), give baseline education, and motivate next-step decisions based on results.
• Serve as the bridge between care and conversion , balancing empathy with assertiveness in guiding patients through their reproductive journey.
• Respond to patient questions via email or platform messaging with speed, clarity, and warmth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our clinical, ops, and product teams to ensure a seamless and supportive patient journey.

What We’re Looking For

• A background in women’s health, fertility, nursing, or medical sciences (e.g. degree in nursing, biomedical science, or related field).
• 1+ years of experience in a clinical, patient-facing, or health coordination role.
• Deep empathy and passion for closing the care gap in women’s health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you can explain medical concepts in a warm and accessible way.
• Highly organised, responsive, and proactive in patient follow-ups and documentation.
• Ability to multitask and manage a dynamic day with multiple patient touchpoints.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms and tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fertility or reproductive health/endocrinology.
• Prior experience in a telehealth, digital health, or startup environment or sales.
