Job summary

Adventist Health Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to support patient services across a Central Clinic setting and occasional hospital shifts. You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, manage billing and registration processes, and assist during procedures while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

The role requires a Health Care Assistant certificate or equivalent, fluent Cantonese with good English skills, and willingness to work shift duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Secondary education is required.
• Health Care Assistant/ Care-related Support Worker certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all-round patient business services including handling inquiries, appointment booking, billing and patient registration.
• Assist and chaperone during procedures and tidying up
• Provide general patient education
• Monitor and control the stock of medication
• Assist in DOH inspection and report
• Work location mainly at Central Clinic, occasionally work shift at hospital depending on caseload and manpower
