Alliance Medical’s Guildford PET-CT Centre is seeking a motivated Receptionist/Administrator to support clinical teams and patients, ensuring smooth daily operations. You will engage with patients in a clinical environment and handle frontline administration with training provided.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, compassionate service, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. Prior admin experience is advantageous; strong IT literacy and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

• Excellent communication skills, both patient facing and telephone work.
• Compassionate and enthusiastic demeanor; flexible and organised attitude.
• Experience in an administration role is advantageous but training will be provided.
