Lakeside View Nursing Home in the heart of London is seeking Healthcare Assistants for day and night shifts. You’ll support residents with personal care, meals, and companionship in a warm, welcoming environment.

The Role – What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be doing the heart-warming, rewarding work that makes a real difference every single day:

• Helping residents with personal care (making sure dignity is front and centre)
• Assisting with meals (and celebrating when someone enjoys every bite!)
• Keeping care plans accurate and up to date
• Offering companionship, comfort, reassurance & lots of smiles
• Observing and reporting any changes in residents’ needs
• Light medication support (with training)
• Escorting to appointments or fun activities
• Following health & safety and infection control (obviously – we’re GOOD for a reason!)
• Communicating brilliantly with residents, families, and your teammates

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for lovely human beings who are:

• Compassionate and genuinely caring
• Comfortable working in a team (and independently when needed)
• Eager to learn
• Reliable, positive, and full of heart

Experience is great — but not essential. We will train, support and cheer you on every step of the way.

A driving licence is helpful but not required.
