Job summary

Circle Health Group’s Lincoln Private Hospital is seeking a Patient Administrator to join the Administration department. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with a flexible shift pattern and a salary of £24,947 per year.

You will handle patient enquiries, bookings, diary support for consultants, and transcription of clinical correspondence, while adhering to health and safety training and company policies.

Qualifications

• Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
• Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
• Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
• Ensure best practice process maps are followed for efficient and professional service.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and approve electronic bookings.
