Ross Hall Hospital in Glasgow is hiring a Patient Administrator to join the Administration team. This full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) offers a competitive salary up to £25,525 per year and a comprehensive benefits package in Circle Health Group's private healthcare network.

You will contribute to the smooth run of the patient journey, follow Circle Health Group best‑practice maps, handle patient queries, manage mail and bookings, and uphold Health and Safety standards.

Competenze

• Maths and English GCSE A–C or equivalent functional skills evidence.
• Proficient PC and software/systems usage.
• Basic financial awareness.
• Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment would be beneficial.

Mansioni

• Contribute to the smooth running of patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
• Follow Circle Health Group best practice process maps to provide an efficient, professional service.
• Ensure all patient queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Approve electronic bookings received via the relevant system and update bookings received via email.
• Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act and ensure appropriate measures are taken.
• Complete relevant mandatory training.
