The Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust invites applications for the Operational Lead for the Activity Service at Brooklands Hospital. This fixed-term contract or secondment runs to July 2027, with leadership responsibility for patient activities that support wellbeing and recovery and a focus on quality and service development.

• Degree level education or equivalent demonstrable knowledge and experience.
• Proven experience in performance management and managing change.
• Experience of managing services within health or social care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational leadership and oversight of the Activity Service.
• Support delivery of high-quality, meaningful, patient-led activities.
• Drive quality, performance, service development and continuous improvement.
• Maintain safe and effective services and monitor quality and performance.
• Ensure delivery against agreed objectives and standards.
• Lead, support and develop staff as a key member of the Brooklands leadership team.
• Lead innovation so activities stay responsive to patient need and organisational priorities.
• Empower staff to deliver creative, person-centred opportunities for patients.
• Work with Clinical Leads, Ward Managers, Matrons and wider colleagues.
• Address operational challenges and deliver organisational priorities.
