Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an Operational Lead for Activity Services at Brooklands Hospital. This fixed term/secondment role requires steering the Activity Service, fostering innovation and ensuring high-quality, patient-led activities that enhance wellbeing and recovery.

You will work with the Activity Manager and wider teams to align with organisational priorities, monitor performance and develop staff to deliver compassionate, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Experience managing services within health or social care.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, inspire and develop others while driving positive change and improving outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the Activity Service at Brooklands Hospital.
• Lead innovation and continuous improvement to keep activities patient-led and responsive to need.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leads, Ward Managers and multidisciplinary teams to support delivery and performance.
