Job summary

Pathology at UHB has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Administrator to support the quality team. The post is full-time 37.5 hours per week and the successful candidate will be predominately based at Heartlands Hospital but will be expected to travel across sites as required.

Responsibility is to provide a comprehensive and varying range of administrative duties to support Pathology across all UHB sites.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (Grade A-C/9-4).
• NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Quality Manager and Pathology team.
• Compile data from the Quality Management System and electronic systems.
• Arrange Pathology-wide meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas and minutes.
• Liaise with staff across sites; support QA activities, audits and inspections.
