Job summary

Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and upgrade of the Pathology Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). You will work with pathology services, digital teams and external stakeholders to deliver this complex programme on time and within budget, ensuring governance and ISO 15189/MHRA compliance.

You will manage dependencies, risks and reporting, support data migration and information governance,

Qualifications

Experience leading complex IT/clinical system projects.
Strong governance and risk management skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and reporting ability.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, implementation and delivery of the Pathology LIMS project.
Coordinate workstreams, manage dependencies, risks and issues.
Develop and maintain project plans, governance and reporting documentation.
Collaborate with pathology services, digital teams, suppliers and external stakeholders.
Track milestones, benefits realisation and project performance; escalate issues as needed.
Lead project meetings and provide reports to programme boards and senior stakeholders.
Support data migration, system integration and information governance requirements.
Develop and implement project SOPs; provide guidance and training to team.
