The Role:

The firm is seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Patent Paralegal to provide core secretarial and paralegal support to a team of Patent Attorneys. You will play a central role in driving daily operations, maintaining seamless workflow management, and ensuring strict legal deadlines are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process incoming official correspondence (including EPO and DPMA communications).
• Draft standard legal documentation, handle billing and invoicing, and oversee client charging.
• Maintain case files, update deadline reminders, and manage attorney diaries and urgent matters.
• Delegate tasks to Paralegal Assistants and provide ad hoc training and guidance.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for clients and attorneys, adapting to varying preferences and working styles.
