This full-time position is based in the London office, with hybrid working available. The role will initially provide maternity cover, supporting a small group of Partners and Associates, before transitioning into a permanent role within the wider team. The successful candidate will be someone with a minimum of four years’ experience in patent support or secretarial work and will be confident working with minimal supervision in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
Providing full secretarial and administrative support to a team of Partners and Associates
Managing caseloads and diary deadlines
Handling client correspondence and emails
Preparing and uploading new filings and responses using EPO OLF 1.0 and 2.0
Managing WIP charges through Inprotech
Coordinating monthly billing and e-billing processes
Drafting standard letters and assisting with portfolio management tasks
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in patent support/secretarial work
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work proactively and independently
Experience with Inprotech and e-billing preferred
