Norwood Electrical UK Ltd is seeking an engineer to carry out In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment (PAT) in line with the current IET Code of Practice.

You will produce results that meet client and accrediting bodies' quality standards, manage appliance testing per Health & Safety Regulations, and liaise with customers to minimise business disruption across sites such as schools, hospitals, hotels and universities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IET Code of Practice for PAT testing.

Responsabilités

• Carry out In-service Inspection and Testing (PAT) of electrical equipment as per IET Code of Practice.
• Produce results that meet client and accrediting bodies' quality standards.
• Manage appliance testing in accordance with Health & Safety Regulations.
• Liaise with customers to minimise disruption while meeting their requirements; sites include schools, hospitals, hotels and universities.
• Download weekly results and submit to the PAT team at Head Office.
• Manage own schedule in coordination with PAT Team and PAT Manager; maintain punctual start/finish times.
