Job summary

Bvlgari Hotel London is seeking an enthusiastic Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our team. Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, you will prepare pastries, breads, rolls and cakes to our recipes and standards while supporting junior staff.

You should have a passion for food, strong kitchen knowledge and a background in high-end hospitality; fluency in English and eligibility to work in the UK are essential. Michelin/AA rosette experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• NVQ or professional qualifications preferred.
• Experience in pastry production to a high standard.
• 5-star or Michelin/AA rosette environment experience is advantageous.
• Good written and spoken English; eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries, breads, rolls and cakes to recipes and quality standards.
• Lead and support junior team members and work to deadlines.
• Receive, account for supplies and deliveries, manage hygiene practices.
• Maintain cost control and cleanliness in line with guidelines.
