You’ll also gain exposure to our pastry offering, supporting the creation of desserts and sweet elements under the guidance of our senior chefs – ideal for someone interested in developing their pastry skills alongside a strong all‑round culinary foundation.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team of chefs working across the Estate, united by our ambition to be famous for food. With plenty of training and development opportunities, this is the perfect role for someone eager to learn, build their skills and thrive in a fast‑paced, premium kitchen environment.
