Job description

This beautiful award-winning hotel is looking for an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

Role Responsibilities

The busy kitchen team seeks a Pastry Chef de Partie to help lead in producing a range of delicate desserts, proper puddings, and other sweet creations for the entire hotel. Responsibilities include catering for large-scale conferences and events, creating inspired mini-desserts for the restaurant, and preparing both classic and contemporary afternoon tea pastries. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in pastry.

Requirements
  • NVQ 1 & 2 or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
  • Planning and time management abilities
  • A flexible attitude
  • Experience in relevant disciplines
  • NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
