The busy kitchen team seeks a Pastry Chef de Partie to help lead in producing a range of delicate desserts, proper puddings, and other sweet creations for the entire hotel. Responsibilities include catering for large-scale conferences and events, creating inspired mini-desserts for the restaurant, and preparing both classic and contemporary afternoon tea pastries.
