Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment has a Cambridge-based client seeking a Pastry Chef for their college kitchen. The role offers 37.5 hours weekly with a fortnightly shift pattern and alternate weekends off, in Cambridge.

You will work on the pastry section for restaurant and functions, supporting senior chefs, and manage your own station while rotating early and late shifts. Ideal candidates will have pastry experience in a quality hotel, college or restaurant, with fresh produce cooking for large

• Experience cooking with fresh produce for large volumes.
• NVQ level qualification or equivalent.

Our prestigious college client is recruiting a Pastry Chef to join their team in Cambridge. They are looking for a Pastry Chef who has experience of working in a busy hotel kitchen, college or restaurant with a good knowledge of quality fine dining. The role is working 37.5 hours per week on a fortnightly shift pattern so you will get a good work life balance. You will also get alternate weekends off!
