Job summary

Six by Nico is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in the UK. You will prepare a variety of desserts and pastries and work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards across our six-course tasting menus.

The ideal candidate has a passion for sweet creations, strong organisational skills, and experience in fast-paced kitchen environments. This is an on-site role supporting multiple Six by Nico sites in the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

We are currently seeking an experienced Pastry Chef, who is an enthusiastic and driven individual, to join the team at Six by Nico.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to prepare a variety of desserts, pastries or other sweet goods.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in culinary arts with a passion for sweet and delicious creations.

A Pastry Chef at Six by Nico will;

• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure a smooth running of the day to day operations
• Assume responsibility for monitoring stock levels
• Have the ability to create desserts and baked goods by following a set recipe
• Be able to decorate products to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation
• Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
• You will have strong organisational skills with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
